At Bricks & Minifigs Kalamazoo, our #1 goal is always that a good time be had by all; but tied for #1 is safety. Many of the policies below were designed with the safety of our customers in mind. We ask that you please respect our rules for the duration of your event and time with us, and also make it your responsibility that your invited guests do the same. Our parties are designed for LEGO®-lovers age 5+. We are able to reserve our party space for persons 5 years and older at this time. While we very strongly recommend that all guests and participants be 5+, 3-5 year olds may be allowed to participate on a case-by-case basis if 1) very closely supervised and 2) both parent(s) and host(s) acknowledge the associated risks/liabilities. Both may be asked to sign a written waiver & acknowledgement on site. We’re sorry but we cannot allow children under 3 to join in traditional party activities.

Bricks & Minifigs Kalamazoo will collect a non-refundable $125 fee at the time of reservation. That fee will be applied to the total cost billed on the date of the event. In the event that you need to modify your reservation, every attempt to reschedule will be made.

When you party with us, communication is key. We ask that you please share any plans for food service, games, gifts, deliveries and/or décor with us. We also encourage you to communicate special requests and/or concerns. We attribute much of our Brickday Party Program success to open communication with host families. A few of our most important policies include:

• LEGO® time will be separated from food time
• No personal pets/companion animals 
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/alcohol
• No guns/weapons
• Please bring drinks in a box/pouch/can/bottle
• Please ensure an adult host is always present
• Please treat yourselves & each other with respect
• Please no decor with adhesives or that makes holes
• Please no outside music
• Please do not exceed our 20/25 limits

Let’s all have fun – please no abusive or destructive treatment of our space, equipment, merchandise, staff or customers. We pride ourselves on providing a safe space for all. Additionally, our location is monitored by 24-hour recorded surveillance. Inappropriate and/or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.
