Offering our customers a centrally-located place to trade their gently-used and new LEGO products on a large scale, our retail location in the Oakwood Plaza shopping center maintains an ever-changing inventory of interesting treasures and a vast encyclopedia of LEGO expertise for every visitor during every visit.

Owners Adam and Allison were proud to introduce West Michigan to the BAM brand in the summer of 2022. Since that time, they have independently owned and operated their Kalamazoo storefront and maintained a regular personal presence there, getting to know their customers and their community. Both surprised and overjoyed by the warm welcome that they have been shown and their resulting popularity, the owners have tried to give back by placing a strong focus on philanthropy, community and promoting STEAM education.

Local residents of the metro Kalamazoo area, Adam and Allison can both say that they enjoyed the magic of creative LEGO play as children; but it was Adam’s renewed interest as an adult – particularly during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic – that planted the seed that ultimately grew into our Kalamazoo BAM location. You will find LEGO products in their home for functional, as well as whimsical/decorative purposes, in just about every room. Along with Allison, their two children are becoming well-versed in all of the LEGO lingo, and you will often see the kids and/or either of the family’s two doodles (dogs) in the store.
