Here is what the process looks like from start to finish.
What LEGO We Buy
We buy and trade for LEGO products in almost any condition. That includes:
- Bulk bricks and loose pieces
- Built sets, with all minifigures and accessories included
- Sealed, new-in-box retired sets
- Individual minifigures
A couple of honest notes before you load up the car:
- Sets should be built to the best of your ability, with parts and minifigs accounted for.
- Unbuilt sets are generally treated as bulk, which affects the offer. And if you have new-in-box sets, keep them sealed.
- We cannot make offers on sets still available in stock on LEGO.com.
- We cannot take anything that has been chewed, glued, painted, or sun damaged. The more love you show the collection before bringing it in, the better we can do for you.
How Pricing Works at Our LEGO Resale Shop
There is no formula we can hand you ahead of time. Because the quality of used LEGO varies so much, we evaluate every collection in person before making any offer.
Condition (cleanliness, smell, wear), demand for specific sets or minifigures, and the quantity you are bringing in all factor into what we can offer.
That is not us being evasive, it is just the reality of the used LEGO market, and it is why we ask you to book a trade appointment rather than show up with a trunk full of sets and hope for the best.
How to Book a LEGO Trade-In Appointment

If you have a larger collection (more than four sets, or multiple new-in-box retired sets), email us a list first so we can make sure we have the right staff ready to go.
If you are running late, let us know by phone at 1 804-308-3119. We do our best to accommodate, but appointments can overlap.
Cash or Store Credit
If we make an offer and you decide to accept, you can take cash or store credit. Larger payouts are made via check, PayPal, or Zelle.
You must be 18 or older to sell or trade. And just so expectations are set clearly: the appointment is to evaluate your items. It is not a guaranteed offer.
