Our goal is to make sure you will not find a larger selection of LEGO® sets, Minifigures® and bricks in all of Richmond!
We have everything in our 2,500 square foot store in Glen Allen, Virginia – from rare and retired sets and pieces to overflowing bins of bricks you can sort through and buy in bulk!
We also buy and trade for LEGO® products in almost any condition (preferably not half eaten by your pets!), from giant tubs of bricks, to your built sets or you just want to trade your minifigs for some new ones, we would love to see you!
We have a large selection of LEGO® accessories, collections, and even displays of unique builds and creations. We have an ever-growing inventory of Minifigures®, as well as a wide variety of both standard and unique bricks in a multitude of colors. We have collectible minifigs as well as build-your-own minifigs.

Due to the large variability in quality of used LEGO® products, we are unfortunately unable to give estimates or make any offer without personally inspecting your items.

Are you looking for a way to de-clutter or make space for something new? Then bring your Used Sets, New Sets, Minifigs &/or Bulk down to your nearest Bricks and Minifigs®! You can get paid cash for passing on some of your favorite toys to another generation. Or you can trade them in for in-store credit towards that thing you’ve always wanted!
How to Sell & Trade:
Bring your LEGO® product to the store’s Sell & Trade counter. We will evaluate what you have and based on several factors, including condition, demand and quantity, we can then make you an offer. You can then either sell us what you brought and feel good knowing that you have passed your love of LEGO® on to a new generation – and got paid to do it OR you can trade it in as in-store credit and get that set or minifig that you’ve been wanting!
Monday – Friday:
Please make an appointment to sell & trade on the week days. Trades appointments are accepted 12 pm until 5 pm. We do not take walk-in trades during the first or last hours of business. Please call ahead before coming in to make sure we are able to see you!
Saturdays & Sundays:

Our Appointment Policy
At Bricks & Minifigs Richmond, we value our customers’ time and want to ensure that we
provide the best possible service. To achieve this, we have introduced an appointment system
for customers who wish to sell or trade-in their LEGOⓇ items.
● Customers are encouraged to set an appointment ahead of time to ensure that our staff
is available to assist them. Appointments can be made either online, using the buttons on this page, or by phone
(call 804-308-3119), and our staff will confirm the appointment details with the customer.
● Walk-ins are also welcome, and we will try our best to accommodate them. However,
customers with appointments will be given priority, and walk-ins may have to wait for
their turn.
● If a customer with an appointment arrives late, we will try to accommodate them but may
have to reschedule their appointment if it overlaps with another customer’s appointment.
● If a walk-in buy/trade is in progress, we may have to pause their transaction if a
previously scheduled appointment comes in at the appointed time (or within 15 minutes
of their scheduled time – early or late).
● If you cannot make your appointment, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon
as possible so that we can reschedule or accommodate walk-in customers.
We aim to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and by setting appointments,
we can ensure that we have enough staff available to assist everyone. Thank you for

How to Get the Most Value for Your LEGO Products
We offer the most for built sets with as many original pieces, minifigures, and instructions as you have. Before you bring in your sets, take a look at them and make sure they are as complete as possible with all of the minifigures to ensure the highest value. We don’t need the original box, it doesn’t hurt, but please bring the instructions if you have them.
If you have sets that are broken down and bagged – we will take those too, but because of the additional work to either inventory all of the pieces or re-build the sets to ensure that they are complete, the trade value will be much less than if they were assembled. If you invest the time to put your sets back together before bringing them in you will make sure that you get the most value for your trade.
We accept retired, New-In-Box set for trade as well. Any new sets that are still currently available from LEGO require a valid proof-of-purchase in order to trade them in.
Bulk pieces are purchased by quantity and quality. Please ensure your bulk is clean, and remove any non-LEGO items before coming in (megablocks, hotwheels, marbles, etc.).
Minifig values vary vastly depending on condition, completeness, demand and current stock. We offer store credit if you are looking to trade-up, or cash if you are moving on!
