Now Hiring: Sales Associate – Bricks & Minifigs Murfreesboro

Type: Part-Time  |  Pay: $12–$15/hour, depending on experience  |  Location: In Person

Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week (4 hours each), with opportunities to pick up additional hours during events and peak seasons. Must be available weekdays between 11 AM–7 PM, and Sundays from 11AM to 6PM.

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and LEGO-loving Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail space and enjoys creating awesome experiences for customers of all ages.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and help guests find exactly what they need
  • Sell products confidently while keeping the sales floor neat and stocked
  • Help with store setup, restocking, and merchandising displays
  • Learn and explain product features, including both current and retired LEGO® sets
  • Participate in maintaining store cleanliness and positive energy
  • Support with party setups, bulk sorting, and occasional social media content
  • Lift and move boxes and bins up to 25 lbs as part of restocking and bulk sorting

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail or customer service experience (LEGO knowledge is a bonus!)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking with both kids and adults
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Willing to learn, grow, and support a creative store culture
  • Must be at least 16 years old
