In October of 2024 owner, Cortney Frazon left her desk job to open a toy store. After much research, she found a franchise that spoke to her heart and immediately felt at home with their mission; To build each customer’s dreams brick by brick.
During the pandemic in 2020, Cortney and her husband Ryan spent many days at home building LEGO set after LEGO set. They wondered if they could resell their collections and share them with others. When Cortney heard about Bricks & Minifigs, she thought everything just clicked and “it felt right”.
In late April of 2025, Cortney and Ryan had their first baby girl, Cooper. While opening a business is difficult enough, opening with a newborn has many additional challenges. The family does their best to keep things stable for their little one, but don’t be surprised to see baby Cooper behind the counter with mom, ringing up customers.
