90 minute party in our Event Room:
Bulk table in room for free building
3 large single topping pizzas (plates and napkins provided)
12-18 (18 max, counting birthday celebrant) participants
Each participant will receive coupons for a minifig maker and small tub of bulk to be used anytime after the party (can be a separate day).
Birthday Celebrant will also get $10 in Store Credit and can be used after the party or on a separate day.
Decorations and Food:
Cake is allowed, it is encouraged to have cupcakes.
Ice Cream is allowed, bowls and spoons are not provided and will need to be brought in, and it is encouraged to have pre cupped ice cream.
No hanging decorations, signs, or pictures are allowed. Birthday themed decorations already in place.
Use of glitter and/or confetti is not allowed. Balloons and small free standing decorations are permitted.
Parties will be 90 minutes long, with access to the room 15 minutes before and after the party.
Times slots for a party are as follows:

Thursday: one slot, flexible time between 12pm and 4pm;

Friday: one slot, flexible time between 12pm and 4pm

Saturday: two slots: 12pm and 3pm.

Reservations and Pricing:
Parties are $250 for 12-18 participants. Options are available for a smaller number of participants and can be discussed with the store party coordinator.
Reservations can be made up to 6 weeks before the party.
$60 non-refundable deposit required to be paid in store for reservation to be finalized, and must be paid within 48 hours of initial reservation request. If not paid within 48 hours, said reserved time slot will be opened up to other party enquiries.
The remaining balance for the party must be paid in store by the end of the party.
