This #ThrowbackThursday check out set 7905 Building Crane! This City Construction set was released in 2007 and was available on the retail market for less than a year. The crane itself is over 2 feet tall (yes, it has counter-weights in the base) and has working playable features, including an extendable arm and a sliding trolley. It also features three minifigs with a tool shed and an outhouse, because you can’t be expected to work on a crane all day without having to take an outhouse break. In 2007, this set retailed for $69.99, but today, if you can find one sealed in the box, it is often priced between $450 and $500! #legothrowbackthursday #legocity #legocityconstruction

Happy Mother’s Day from our little family to yours!
Being a mom in a LEGO-loving family means stepping on LEGO pieces at 6am and perpetually looking for missing pieces, but it also means building with your family, shopping for the perfect piece, and marveling over the things your kids can create.
Wishing all the incredible moms, grandmas, stepmoms, foster moms, and mom-figures a day full of love (and maybe a little quiet building time).
