We are jumping at the chance to tell you about #minifigmonday this week. It’s Quicky the Nesquik Bunny!
You might recognize Quicky (aka Quiky) as the Nesquik Rabbit, Nesquik’s official mascot. He was introduced in 1960 in Europe and then in 1973 in the US.
Quicky, the minifig, was featured in two promotional Studios sets in 2001. The minifigure came out the year after Nestle Quik because Nesquik, and Quicky was rebranded. In case you are too young to remember, he used to wear a Q!
Both sets featuring Quicky were free polybags included in Nestle products to cross-promote the brands. Today, though, Quicky the Nesquik bunny sells for $175 or more!

It’s #throwbackthursday and it’s time to highlight set 6897 Rebel Hunter!
This set is a part of the Space Police 2 theme. It features a transport spaceship in classic Space Police 2 colors like the transparent green, a modular jail cell, and two minifigures - a Space Police Officer and a Blacktron antagonist.
Set 6897 was released in 1992, and at the time, it retailed for only $20.99. Today, a sealed version of the set is worth nearly TEN TIMES as much, often selling for over $200!
