Bricks & Minifigs® MegaCon 2026 Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. General

By submitting an entry to Bricks & Minifigs® (“Sponsor”) for the MegaCon 2026 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by MegaCon, Fan Expo HQ, The LEGO Group, or Nintendo/The Pokémon Company.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its franchisees, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Age Verification & COPPA Compliance: This Sweepstakes is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Sponsor does not knowingly collect or store personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If Sponsor discovers that an entry has been submitted by an individual under the age of 18, or if a parent or guardian informs Sponsor that a minor has submitted personal information, that entry will be immediately deleted and disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 2:00 PM (EST) on March 19, 2026, and ends at 2:00 PM (EST) on March 22, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must locate a Bricks & Minifigs® official Sweepstakes QR code displayed at MegaCon Orlando 2026 or visit the designated entry URL during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must complete the digital entry survey in its entirety.

  • Required Information: Legal name, valid email address, phone number, and zip code.
  • Age Attestation: Participants must check the mandatory box confirming they are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Entries submitted without this confirmation will be automatically disqualified.
  • Limit: One (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same individual, email address, or phone number will result in all entries for that individual being declared void.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize: The following Grand Prize will be awarded to a sole winner:

  • One (1) Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise (72153) set. ARV: $649.99.

Secondary Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded individually to separate winners:

  • One (1) Luke Skywalker’s Landspeeder™ (75341) set. ARV: $270.21.
  • One (1) Jim Lee Batman™ Collection (31205) set. ARV: $242.39.
  • One (1) Super Mario World™: Mario & Yoshi (71438) set. ARV: $129.99.
  • One (1) Space Roller Coaster (31142) set. ARV: $109.99.
  • One (1) Over the Moon with Pharrell Williams (10391) set. ARV: $109.99.
  • One (1) Clone Trooper Captain Rex, 501st Legion (Phase 1) figure. ARV: $107.37.
  • One (1) Captain America: Civil War Action Battle (76314) set. ARV: $99.99.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,720.32. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Random Drawing: Potential winners will be selected via random drawing on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at approximately 3:00 PM (EST) from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted in descending order of prize value, beginning with the Grand Prize, followed by each Secondary Prize in the order listed in Section 5.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to monitor their email (including “spam” or “junk” folders) for notification.

Claiming the Prize (Hybrid Method):

  • In-Person Claim: Winners present at MegaCon Orlando 2026 may claim their prize at the Bricks & Minifigs® main booth (#XXX) before the convention floor closes at 5:00 PM (EST) on Sunday, March 22.
  • Digital Claim: If the winner is not present or cannot reach the booth by closing, they must respond to the notification email within twenty-four (24) hours of the timestamp on the Sponsor’s sent email to confirm their shipping address and eligibility.

7. Forfeiture and Alternate Winners

If a Potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted or does not respond to the initial notification email within twenty-four (24) hours; (ii) fails to provide a valid shipping address or required tax documentation (IRS Form W-9) within the timeframe specified by Sponsor; or (iii) is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, that Potential Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, time permitting and at its sole discretion, select an Alternate Winner by random drawing from the remaining pool of eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in an entrant’s email address or phone number.

8. Taxes & Liability

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Because the Grand Prize exceeds $600.00, the winner of the Grand Prize must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to the Sponsor before the prize can be released. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued in the winner’s name for the actual value of the prize.

9. Release and Consent

By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation. By participating, you release Sponsor and its franchisees from any liability arising from the use or misuse of the prize.

10. Winners List

To obtain a written list of the names of the prize winners (first name, last initial, and state of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by April 30, 2026, to:
