Terms and Conditions

 General Terms

Discounts and benefits are valid only at Bricks & Minifigs Westchester.
Discounts do not include new-in-box sets, books, keyrings, puzzles, and similar new LEGO®-related products, as well as non-LEGO® brand third-party accessories and minifigs. Discounts do not apply to event bookings.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts; the larger available discount or promotion will be applied at the time of purchase.
Benefits are subject to availability and may change at any time. Founders Club Members will retain Founders Club status in perpetuity; however, lifetime benefits may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time by Bricks & Minifigs Westchester.

Membership Overview

By becoming a Member of the Bricks & Minifigs Westchester Founders Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Bricks & Minifigs Westchester Founders Club is independently owned and operated by Bricks & Minifigs Westchester. 

Membership Applications

Applications are open now and will close on Grand Opening Day (TBD).
Membership is limited to 200 Founders Members.

Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Children ages 13 to 17 may join with a parent or legal guardian’s consent.
Membership is subject to approval by Bricks & Minifigs Westchester, which reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion.

Membership Fees

• Initial Fee: $200 + tax (non-refundable)

• Annual Renewal Fee: $75 + tax

Founders Club membership status is permanent and will not expire; however, annual renewal is required to maintain access to membership benefits.

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-prorated, even if the member chooses to cancel.

Transferability

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or gifted to another person or entity.

• Lifetime 5% discount off used sets (including certified), premium bulk individual pieces and bulk packs, ball figs, Minifig Maker figs, and LEGO® minifigs in our cases*

• Recognition on the In-Store Founders Club Plaque (after Grand Opening)

• $75 discount on one hosted party per year

• Birthday month perk with a free gift

• One free Build-A-Fig from our Minifig Maker table per month (one per household membership)

• One free medium bulk bag per month valued at $50 (one per household membership)

• Exclusive Founders Club promotions

• Welcome Kit with exclusive branded merchandise, distributed at a later date

Account Information

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information in their Founders Club account.

Bricks & Minifigs Westchester reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to make changes to this agreement, membership rules, or other policies related to the Founders Club. Changes will become effective when notice is provided to Members by email, posted on our website, or displayed prominently in-store.

Lost or Stolen Membership Items

Bricks & Minifigs Westchester is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged membership cards, kits, or other materials. Replacement items may be issued at the store’s discretion and may incur a replacement fee.

Use of Member Photos or Testimonials

By participating in Founders Club activities or events, Members grant Bricks & Minifigs Westchester permission to use their likeness, name, or statements in marketing materials or social media, unless otherwise requested in writing.

No Guarantee of Specific Benefits

Bricks & Minifigs Westchester makes no guarantee regarding the continued availability of specific benefits, discounts, or promotions. All benefits are subject to modification or discontinuation at any time without notice.

Privacy

Bricks & Minifigs Westchester respects your privacy. Personal information collected for membership purposes will only be used for communications, promotions, and administrative needs related to Bricks & Minifigs Westchester. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Termination

Bricks & Minifigs Westchester may terminate a Member’s Founders Club membership at its discretion if the Member engages in conduct detrimental to Bricks & Minifigs Westchester, its staff, other members, customers, or property.

Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the store manager.
Membership fees are non-refundable and not prorated.

Membership Disputes and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Membership Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Westchester County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The laws of the State of New York shall govern this agreement, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Acknowledgment

By joining the Bricks & Minifigs Westchester Founders Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
