Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, answer inquiries, collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals, guide customers of all ages through the unique Bricks & Minifigs, Warwick experience, and stay informed about the latest products and services while completing routine duties.
Requirements and Expectations for Ideal Candidates
Seeking enthusiastic, customer-centric individuals fluent in English, with a retail or interpersonal background, and a passion for LEGO®. Ideal candidates show a willingness to learn about LEGO® themes and products, are team-oriented and accountable, available to work weekends, and committed to enhancing each customer interaction and contributing to the store’s success.
