OFFICIAL RULES (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
1) Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Bricks & Minifigs Murfreesboro (“Sponsor”), located at 510 North Thompson Lane, Suite B, Murfreesboro, TN.
2) Eligibility
Open to legal residents 18 years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
3) Promotion Period
Promotion begins March 1st, 2026 and ends March 16th, 2026 at store closing time (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter, visit Bricks & Minifigs Murfreesboro during the Promotion Period and complete an official Golden Ticket entry form with your name and phone number, then place it in the designated entry container.
Limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
5) Prize
One (1) winner will receive: LEGO® Batman™ Arkham Asylum set (the “Prize”).
Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6) Winner Selection & Drawing
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on March 17, 2026 (St. Patrick’s Day) from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Notification / Claiming Prize
Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner using the phone number provided. Winner must respond within 48 hours (or choose your timeframe) of notification to claim the Prize and may be required to present a valid photo ID and sign a Winner Release/Affidavit of Eligibility where permitted by law.
If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
8) Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes (if any) associated with receipt of the Prize.
9) Publicity Release
By accepting the Prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s first name, likeness, and/or photo for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10) Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11) Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administering this Promotion (e.g., contacting the winner) and will not be sold. Sponsor may share information only as necessary to operate the Promotion or as required by law.
12) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
13) Winner Information
To request the winner’s name (first name/last initial), send a request to Sponsor at the store address listed above within 30 days after March 17, 2026 (optional).
