Event Space Rules

Our rules are in place to ensure a memorable and safe experience for everyone.

• Your 90-minute reservation includes any set up time you may need for your own decorations. We do our best to get you into the room early, but we do not guarantee it.
• To keep things going smoothly for the party after you, please make sure you and your guests have cleared out of the party room by the end of your reserved time. This gives us enough time to set up the room so the next group can have the same awesome experience you just had!
• Only Bricks & Minifigs personnel may opertate the race track. Damage to the track or the electronics will result in a $150 damage charge.
• Food and Drink
  • No food or drinks out during LEGO activities (a $50 cleaning fee will be assessed if LEGO is contaminated with food or drinks).
  • No popcorn or other excessively messy foods.
  • Beverages should be covered/sealed (drink boxes, drink pouches, etc.). No open cups.
  • No peanuts or common allergens. (BAM Mission does not guarantee an allergen-free environment, but we want to keep it as safe as possible for the enjoyment of everyone.)
• Decorations
  • We allow: table decorations, balloons
  • We do not allow: confetti, glitter, attaching things to the wall or ceiling
• Candles
  • We allow: simple birthday cake candles
  • We do not allow: relighting candles, sparklers, torches, etc.
• Full payment is due at arrival
• A cleaning fee of $50 may apply if LEGO are contaminated with food/beverage or unallowed decorations are observed.

Behavior Expectations

Our Birthday Parties are exciting and sometimes things can get very competitive when the racing begins, with that in mind please understand the following expectations:

• Host Parents are expected to maintain active supervision and discipline of participants and extras at all times.
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward Bricks & Minifigs staff or property by party atendees or parents will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Party attendees must remain in the party room unless accompanied by an adult.
• The race track is for race cars only: no minifigs, loose LEGO pieces, food, drinks, hands, or people are allowed on the track or platform. Damage to the race track or its electronics will result in a $150 charge.
• No standing on chairs, sofas, tables, or race platform.
• No throwing LEGO, cars, or any other objects.

We book exlusively online, and require a $50 deposit to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 or more days prior to your event. Within 30 days the deposit will not be refunded.
