How do I maximize my cash/trade value?
When determining trade value, we factor in the labor required to put a product out for sale. That means factors like cleanliness, completeness, and general wear-and-tear come into play. You can also get more value when trading for store credit instead of cash.

I'm looking for a certain set, do you have it?
We get new inventory every day! We order the newest and hottest sets from LEGO®, trade for rare and retired sets, and have a huge collection of minifigures! Odds are that we have it, and if we don’t it’ll, come in soon.

Can I hold sets?
For up to 24 hours! You can give us a call at 513-737-3447, and if we have it, we can hold it until the next day. If we don’t, we’ll put you on a waiting list. The next time it comes in, we’ll give you a call. Please understand that we have to keep inventory moving, and for highly demanded sets, we can’t leave them on hold forever.

What are your Birthday Parties like?
BAM Hamilton Birthday Parties are an awesome 90-minute adventure for LEGO® lovers ages 5 and up. Party guests get to build and take home their own minifigs, design and race their own LEGO® cars on our derby track, engage in fun LEGO® games, and free build whatever they can imagine! Parties include come with a base of 12 participants, but you can have up to 15 for additional fees.

Do you offer Corporate Events?
Yes! You can host your own corporate team-building events in our Party Room! We can have a maximum of 20 people at a time in the Party Room due to fire code.

Do my rewards carry over from store to store?
No. Bricks & Minifigs franchises are individually owned and operated. Our free rewards program, which gives you $6 off for every $100 spent, only applies in store. However, BAM Gift Cards are valid in all stores!
Do you just sell LEGO®?
We primarily sell LEGO® product, but we offer a lot of other things as well. We offer custom printed minifigures from vendors like Battle Bricks, Clone Army Customs, and Big Kid Briks, custom sets from vendors like Build Better Bricks and BlockStadiums, minifigure stands and displays from Go Figure Displays and Tricked Out Bricks, and awesome BAM Merchandise! We also sell keychains, lanyards, fidget toys, and earrings from Abbie Dabbles and Brixalotl!
