Bricks & Minifigs GR at Grand Rapids Art Museum

Join us at the Grand Rapids Art Museum! We’ll have a free build station set up for Discovery Day as the city also celebrates its 175th birthday.

From the GRAM Website: “Start your summer at GRAM with a day of discovery in celebration of the 175-year anniversary of Grand Rapids and GRAM’s newest exhibition, David Hockney: Perspective Should Be Reversed. In honor of the city’s anniversary, museum admission will be free for all guests.

Explore the creative use of colors with activities throughout the museum for all ages:
  • Community art project: Colorful Party Hats
  • Hands-on artmaking in GRAM Studio: Creativity Lab
  • Gallery chats with docents in David Hockney: Perspective Should Be Reversed
  • Scavenger hunt bingo with prizes
  • Bricks & Minifigs Grand Rapids LEGO statue building challenge in celebration of Grand Rapids (Available 10 am – 2 pm only)
  • All activities are included and available throughout the day. Registration is not required.
