Promotion Details:
- The promotion allows a maximum of 1,500 entries.
- An acrylic vault with an electronic combination lock contains an undisclosed number of Lego minifigure heads.
- The vault also contains a $10,000 prize: $5,000 in cash and $5,000 in store credit.
Rules & Regulations:
- No Purchase Necessary: Online registration is available with no purchase required.
- In-Store Registration: Customers can register on-site with any in-store purchase, but purchasing is not a condition for entering the promotion.
- Entry Details: Participants must write down their guess for the number of heads inside the vault and their selected combination for the lock. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Entry Limit: One entry per person per day.
- Confidentiality: The number of heads in the vault is unknown to anyone related to the store or the promotion.
- Vault Contents: Inside the vault, there is a Lego chest with the written number of heads. The combination of the vault is not known by anyone related to the store or the promotion.
- Winning Criteria: If a registered participant’s selected 6 digit combination opens the vault, they will win $10,000 ($5,000 in cash and $5,000 in store credit).
- Online Registrations: Online entries will be entered into the system on August 10th 2024.
Vault Opening Procedure:
- If the vault is opened by a participant before August 10th at 5:00 p.m., it will be re-locked, the $10,000 prize reactivated for the possibility of a second Winner! The Head Count promotion will continue until August 10th.
- If no entry successfully opens the vault by August 10th at 5:00 p.m., a sealed envelope containing the correct combination will be opened to demonstrate the existence of a valid combination.
Prize Distribution:
- Upon opening the vault, the number of heads inside the Lego chest will be disclosed.
- If more than one participant correctly guesses the number of heads, the prize will be divided among the winners.
Prizes:
- Combination Guess Prize: Correctly guessing the 6 digit combination wins $5,000 in store credit and $5,000 in cash.
- Exact Head Count Prize: Correctly guessing the exact number of heads wins $1,000 in store credit.
Closest Head Count Prizes:
- Closest number above or below: $200 in store credit each.
- Second closest number above or below: $150 in store credit each.
- Third closest number above or below: $50 in store credit each.
