Which piece would hurt more if you stepped on it with bare feet? 😬👣

This is the last match up of The Ouch Elite Eight!

12. Dolphin: After a dorsal fin thin win against the Shark in Match 6, can the Dolphin sea-riously take down the Skeletal Horse?

Team Horse or Team Dolphin?
Vote in the comments with either the piece number or the name!

Results for this week’s matches will be announced Sunday. On Monday, we move on to The Painmaker Semifinals, where the 4 winners of The Ouch Elite Eight will go head to head to see who advances to The Ultimate Ouch Off!

March the 16th, in the Year of our Bricks

A fierce winter gale blows across Franklin this morn, and many a young adventurer finds themselves unexpectedly ashore from their schooling duties. Yet take heart, brave explorers… the doors of Bricks & Minifigs Franklin remain open under normal hours.

Should the roads be passable and your travels safe, chart a course to 2838 W Rawson Ave. Within our walls you will find warm shelter, bins of brick, and treasures enough to occupy even the most restless crew.

Parents and young builders alike are welcome to dock and explore. As always, your safety comes first, so only venture out if conditions allow.

3/16/26 - 8am UPDATE: We will be open regular hours today, but be careful out there!

Dear BAM Franklin fans,

It is hard to say what this weather will do or what the roads will be like. I have not made a decision yet about possible closure or delay of opening on Monday March 16th.

If we can safely make it in, we will do what we can to be open with perhaps reduced staff.

Please check here or call the store before traveling. I will keep you updated in the comments of this post as soon as I have information.

Being closed as a small business owner is not ideal, but safely is always most important. Even if we do open, if you do not feel safe traveling please don’t.

Please stay safe & warm,

Jessica - Owner - Bricks & Minifigs Franklin

👣😬 ROUND 2 "BRICK MADNESS: BATTLE OF THE FOOT" VOTES ARE TALLIED & THE RESULTS ARE IN… & SOME OF THESE MIGHT SURPRISE YOU!!! 😬👣

🥁🥁🥁🥁

Match 5: The bicycle rolled its way to victory over the hand truck with three times the votes.

Match 6: Just like relationship-breaking Match 1 (brick vs wedge), shark vs dolphin had folks divided once again! With our associate Dave casting the tie-breaking vote, the dolphin leaps into the next round. This piece inspired all of this, but will it make it to The Painmaker Semifinals?

Match 7: It was absolutely no question which piece would deal the most physical damage between the boat mast & stop sign. (Although the emotional damage was very much considered at the thought of the vintage stop sign piece getting damaged.)

Match 8: Like Match 5, this winner had three times as many votes as the loser. The crystal shined its way into the next round of voting.

That wraps up Round 2 of The First Stomp. Voting in The Ouch Elite Eight starts Monday 3/16! 🤞

Don’t forget to vote in all 4 matches (revealed once a day Mon-Thur) by Saturday night to bring us one step closer to crowning The Most Painful Piece!

🤔 Did any of these results shock you? Now that you have met all 16 pieces in the competition, are there any you would have included? Which pieces did you step on in the name of science this past week?

We hope you enjoyed this round & continue to join us. We are halfway through this painful journey!

Sorry for not providing any trigger warnings on these posts. 😬👣
