Discounts are valid at Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN locations only.

Founders Club members will retain Founders Club status in perpetuity; lifetime benefits may be changed and/or updated by Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN.

Founders Club discounts do not combine with other discounts; the larger of available discounts or sales will be given at the time of purchase transactions.

Benefits are subject to availability and change.

Below are the terms and conditions of your membership in The Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN Founders Club, independently operated by Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• Membership Applications:
  Applications are open now and will close once all spots are filled. Only 206 Founders Members will be allowed.
• Membership Eligibility:
  Membership in The Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN Founders Club is open to individuals at least 18 years of age. Children 13 years to 17 years old can become Members with their parent or legal guardian’s approval.

A valid name, address, phone and email address are required for sign up.  Membership is subject to approval by Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN, and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion.

• Membership Fees
  Membership fee of $206+tax to join the 2O6 Founders Club.
• Cancellation
  You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, please get in touch with our store manager. Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your membership, and are not pro-rated.

• Preview Night! You will get to see the store and get some swag before anyone else.
  • *Swag includes filling one medium bag of bulk ($45 value)
• Lifetime 20% discount off bulk tubs and bags from our bulk tables.
• Lifetime 6% discount off used sets (including certified), premium bulk individual pieces and bulk packs, ball figs, Minifig Maker figs, and LEGO® minifigs in our cases.
• *One limited edition custom Founders Club Minifig
• *One reusable shopping tote with Bricks & Minifig Logo
• Recognition on In-Store Founder’s Club Plaque (in-store after Grand Opening)
• Build a Sigfig (Minifig that represents you!) to display in the store.
  • Will be done during preview night or when available after grand opening.
• *$60 discount on one hosted party or event per year
  • Camps are excluded from $60 discount.
  • If you use the $60 discount on a party or event that costs less than $60, you will not receive the difference in any form of compensation—neither as cash, store credit, nor toward any future hosted party or event.
• *One Loyalty Program** enrollment
• Access to exclusive Founders Club sales, offers and events

Exclusions:

Founders club member discounts do not include new-in-box sets, books, keyrings, puzzles, similar new LEGO® related products, or non-LEGO® brand third-party accessories and minifigs.

$60 discount on one hosted party or event per year excludes camps.

• Account Information:
  You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your Founders Club account, including your contact information.
• Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to make changes to this agreement, membership rules, and other policies and procedures concerning the use of its membership program. All changes will become effective when notice of the updated Agreement (or applicable rule, policy, code, or procedure) is sent to Members by mail, by email, is posted on the Bricks & Minifigs Website, and/or publicly
  posted in a conspicuous place at the physical premises of Bricks & Minifigs, whichever occurs first.
• Termination
  Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne may terminate a Member’s membership in the Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne Founders Club at its discretion if the Member engages in any conduct detrimental to Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne, IN, its personnel, other 2O6 Founder Club members, customers, or store fixtures and inventory. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your membership in The Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne Founders Club, please contact our store manager or reach out via email at: Fortwayne.in@bricksandminifigs.com.

By becoming a member of The Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne Founders Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.  We look forward to providing you with an exclusive and rewarding experience as a valued club member.

• Membership dispute:
  Any dispute, controversy, or claim, or counterclaim, other than a claim by Bricks and Minifigs for money due and owing, arising out of the store or  relating in any way to this membership Agreement, Bricks & Minifigs and Members including their heirs and successors and assigns, or representatives, including without limitation the construction or validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach of this agreement shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration at the expense of the Member. The arbitration shall be conducted in Allen County, Indiana. The laws of the State of Indiana shall be applied in any arbitration proceedings, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
• Severability:
  If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any other reason is unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the balance of this Membership Agreement.

**Loyalty Program

Loyalty program allows for a customer to receive up to $6 in store credit for every $100 spent.

Credit awarded at the time of current purchase is redeemable on the next purchase.

Customer can choose to not use existing credit at time of purchase which will allow credit to accumulate.

Credit can accumulate up to a max limit of $60 dollars.

Credit accumulation resumes once the existing credit amount is under $60 dollars and will continue to accumulate until it reaches the max limit of $60 dollars.

Credit is valid at the Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne Location only. Located at 1728 Apple Glen Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.

Credit is valid until the end of the current calendar year.

Loyalty program is a separate program open to anyone.

More than 1 member of a household is eligible to sign up for the loyalty program.

Loyalty program is free to sign up.
