90 Minute Hosted Birthday Party:

Room rental will include the following:

• Tablecloths, Cups, Plates and Silverware
• Host/Hostess and assistant support for setup, run activities and room clean-up after your party

Block Themed Parties Schedule:

• Access to the party room 15 Minutes before party start time
• 10 Minutes for guest arrival
• 10 minutes for build your own minifigure
• 20 minutes for food & dessert
• 20 minutes for presents and wrap-up
• 30 minutes of one of the Activity Choices:

• Free build from a party bulk bin.

Birthday Person of Honor

• Receives a birthday gift (child’s choice from our top shelf our allowance cabinet) from Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne. 
• 1 build your own minifigure from special build-a-fig table in party room.
• Receives a “Brick Buddy” compliments of Bricks & Minifigs Fort Wayne.

Party Guests

• 1 build your own minifigure for each child participant at the party from special build-a-fig table in party room.

Add-ons can include:

• 30 mins of additional time – $50
• Mini-builds for each participant – $5-$7ea from a selection of our poly bags

We do ask that parties are pre-paid, but add-ons extras and anything else that we can do on the day of your party can be paid once the party has finished!

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and full refund can occur up to 7 days prior to scheduled party date.

Cancellation with Partial Refund

You are able to cancel within the 7-day window and up to 2 days (48hrs) prior to your scheduled party for a 50% refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel and receive a refund you can do so in 2 ways.

1. Call 260-387-6230 during normal store hours as listed on our website. Provide the name the party was reserved under and the date.

Email us at fortwayne.in@bricksandminifigs.com. Put in the subject line “Party Cancellation Request” and in the main body provide the name the party was reserved under and the date.

No Refund will be given for Cancellation within 48hrs/No Show
