Lego Themed Birthday Party & Corporate Team Building Events in Federal Way, WA
LEGO® Themed Birthday Party Packages
1.5 hour-party package for up to 12 children
$200(+ tax) Monday – Thursday & $250 (+ tax) Friday – Sunday
*Please book your party at least 7 days in advance
Includes:
- 45 minutes for LEGO derby car building and racing on our timed racetrack!
- 15 minutes for minifigure building. Each participant builds and takes home one (1) exclusive minifigure and the birthday host gets two (2) minifigures!
- 30 minutes for food & presents at the end. If you choose to opt out of bringing food and/or presents we can set aside more time for free building or derby car racing!
- A party host dedicated to your event for the duration of the party.
- Party package price includes up to the first 12 participants, including siblings who participate. (Parents watching are no charge).
- Additional participants (beyond the first 12) are $15 each, paid on arrival the day of the party. Space is limited to 24 total people including adults/parents.
Details:
- A deposit of $50 (+ tax) is required to confirm the booking. Deposits are non-refundable and goes towards the total cost of the party.
- Party decorations, food, beverages, and presents are not included in the Brick Party and are supplied by the customer. We can provide tablecloths, disposable plates, utensils, and napkins. See party add-ons for details.
- Beverages must be boxed, pouched, or bottled.
- You may bring your own string-word banners, balloons, and table decor. Please: NO TAPE on the walls. BAM Federal Way will assist with decorations.
- Decorating will start 15 mins before the event starts with the help of a BAM Employee.
- No candles/open flames allowed.
- Our event planner / party host will reach out to you a week before your party to confirm reservation and details.

Party Add-Ons:
Additional Time: Additional $75 per half hour (per 30 mins)
Additional time can only be scheduled for the last party window of the day up to 7pm at the latest.
Decorations: Additional $50
Bricks and Minifigs Federal Way will provide up to 4 table cloths, plasticware for up to 24 guests, and plates/napkins for up to 24 guests. Please note that 1 week advanced notice is needed for the decorations package add-on.
LEGO® Polybag – Additional $7 per participant
Each Party participant will receive a LEGO® polybag (small build) to take home.
Party Favor Bags – Additional $12 per participant
Each Party participant will receive a Brick Themed Party Favor Bag.
Party Favor Bag Includes:
- 1 – Small tub of bulk LEGO (to be filled by guests at the end of the party)
- 1 – Bricks & Minifigs Wristband
- 1 – Make a Free Minifig Car
- 2 – Brick Tattoo
- 1 – Pair of Brick Glasses.

LEGO®-Themed Corporate Team-Building Events
1.5 hour training package for up to 15 participants

Includes:
- Begins w/ 45 minutes of LEGO® themed team building exercises
- Followed by a 15 minute minifigure building activity (custom printed minifigs with your company Logo may be available if coordinated ahead of time)
- Ends w/ 30 minutes of additional activities/training or time for discussion and recap

- Participating adults must be young at heart
- Mon-Sat: 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 5:00 pm
- Parties must be prepaid and there is a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
