For father and son Doug and Connor Phares, LEGO® has always been about play and togetherness. Now, partnering with Bricks & Minifigs, they’re turning this lifelong passion into a family business. Doug brings a wealth of high-level thought and strategy from a long career in media and publishing, while Connor is a people-first manager who knows how to build a team and make sure that their customers enjoy LEGO® and its fun-loving culture every bit as much as he does.

This father-son duo has successfully owned and operated local businesses in the past, and their future with Bricks & Minifigs looks just as bright. Connor and Doug opened their first BAM store in Clearwater in 2024 and are excited to make their mark on Brandon with their second location in 2025!
