Opportunities

Assistant Store Manager

As the "Right Hand" to the shop owner, you’ll help oversee daily operations, manage inventory flow, and lead the team to success. We’re looking for someone with retail leadership experience and a sharp eye for organization.

Sales Leads

Our Leads will ensure the shop floor is running smoothly. From opening and closing duties to managing the "Build-A-Minifig" table, you’ll be the go-to person for both staff and customers.

Trade-In Specialists

Are you an expert at spotting a rare print? Our Trade-In Specialists will be the "authenticators" of the shop. You’ll handle the intake of used collections, identifying themes, checking for quality, and making fair trade offers.

Celebration & Event Coordinators

We're going to throw the best parties in town! We need enthusiastic, kid-friendly leaders to host birthday parties and represent Bricks & Minifigs at local Camarillo community events.
