Founders club member discounts do not include new-in-box sets, books, keyrings, puzzles, similar new LEGO® related products, or non-LEGO® brand third-party accessories and minifigs. Founders Club discounts do not combine with other discounts; the larger of available discounts or sales will be given at the time of purchase transactions. Benefits are subject to availability and change. Founders Club members will retain Founders Club status in perpetuity; lifetime benefits may be changed and/or updated by Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO.
Below are the terms and conditions of your membership in The Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO Founders Club, independently operated by Bricks & MinifigsApplewood, CO. By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
- Membership Applications:
Applications are open now and only 150 Founders Members will be allowed. - Membership Eligibility:
Membership in The Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO Founders Club is open to individuals at least 18 years of age. Children 13 years to 17 years old can become Members with their parent or legal guardian’s approval.
Membership is subject to approval by Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO, and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion. - Membership Fees
There is an initial one time entrance Membership fee of $200+tax to join the Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO Founders Club. - Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, please get in touch with our store manager.
Membership fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your membership, and are not pro-rated. - Membership Benefits:

- Account Information:
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your Founders Club account, including your contact information. - Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, CO reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to
make changes to this agreement, membership rules, and other policies and procedures
concerning the use of its membership program. All changes will become effective when
notice of the updated Agreement (or applicable rule, policy, code, or procedure) is sent to
Members by mail, by email, is posted on the Bricks & Minifigs Website, and/or publicly
posted in a conspicuous place at the physical premises of Bricks & Minifigs, whichever
occurs first. - Termination
Bricks & Minifigs Applewood may terminate a Member’s membership in the Bricks & Minifigs Applewood Founders Club at its discretion if the Member engages in any conduct detrimental to Bricks & Minifigs Applewood, its personnel, other Club’s Members, customers, or store fixtures and inventory. By becoming a member of The Bricks & Minifigs Applewood Founders Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

club member. - Membership dispute:
Any dispute, controversy, or claim, or counterclaim, other than a claim by Bricks and
Minifigs for money due and owing, arising out of the store or relating in any way to this
membership Agreement, Bricks & Minifigs and Members including their heirs and
successors and assigns, or representatives, including without limitation the construction or
validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach of this agreement shall be exclusively
resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jefferson County, Colorado. The laws of the State of Colorado shall be applied in any arbitration proceedings, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. - Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any other reason is
unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the balance of this Membership Agreement.
