DESCRIPTION:With over $175 in prizes at stake\, come see if your car has what it takes to get the gold medal! Design your car for form and function\, as there are prizes for both fastest car and “best in show” as voted by your peers. And all participants will receive a free LEGO minifigure from the Minifig Maker table! \nHow to play\n\nStop by the store to purchase your official metal wheel and axle kit for $10 – yours to keep forever!\nTake the kit home and build your car using any combination of LEGO bricks (see specifications below)\nReturn with your car – ready to race! – on Friday\, January 18 at 5:30pm:\n\n5:30pm check-in\n6:00pm best-in-show voting\n6:15pm racing starts!\n\n\n\nCar specifications\n\nMaximum car dimensions are 9 inches long\, 3 inches wide\, and 4 inches high\nAll parts of the car must fit behind the starting pin before the race\nBricks & Minifigs staff may inspect your car to ensure compliance.
