The arbitration shall be conducted in Allen County, Indiana. The laws of the State of Indiana shall be applied in any arbitration proceedings, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Severability:<\/strong><br \/>If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any other reason is unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the balance of this Membership Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**Loyalty Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Loyalty program allows for a customer to receive up to $6 in store credit for every $100 spent.<\/p>\n<p>Credit awarded at the time of current purchase is redeemable on the next purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Customer can choose to not use existing credit at time of purchase which will allow credit to accumulate.<\/p>\n<p>Credit can accumulate up to a max limit of $60 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Credit accumulation resumes once the existing credit amount is under $60 dollars and will continue to accumulate until it reaches the max limit of $60 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Credit is valid at the Bricks &amp; Minifigs Fort Wayne Location only.
