Bricks & Minifigs is an aftermarket LEGO store dedicated to the philosophy that good play helps build good minds. We are driven by the belief that we can help build connections, one LEGO brick at a time. Bricks & Minifigs is a LEGO buy, sell, trade & birthday party retail store. We offer a wide variety of new and retired LEGO sets, as well as selling bulk bricks, and individual minifigures. We are looking for someone exceptional who wants to be a part of a dynamic store environment, where we are always challenging ourselves to improve and evolve with the changing market environments.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Manage the day to day operations of the store, including managing the sales floor, inventory, and help with social media accounts<\/li>\n
      • Manage retention and training of staff members<\/li>\n
      • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff<\/li>\n
      • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service<\/li>\n
      • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures<\/li>\n
      • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards<\/li>\n
      • Help deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)<\/li>\n
      • Be a shining example of exemplary behavior and high performance<\/li>\n
      • Help with any additional store manager duties as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Prior retail sales experience and customer service skills are required. A background in retail management is preferred but not required. LEGO knowledge is not required, although experience with the product will be greatly helpful.<\/p>\n

        Compensation and shifts<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • This position starts at $40,000 per year (Salary Position)<\/li>\n
        • Must work 40 hours a week<\/li>\n
        • Must work 5 days a week<\/li>\n
        • Must work shifts on Saturday and Sunday<\/li>\n
        • The shifts run through all the days open (including specified Holidays)<\/li>\n
        • 14 days of PTO per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
