Can I offer additional products besides LEGO®?
Our stores specialize in buying, selling, and trading LEGO® products. Your store must maintain an inventory of new and used LEGO® branded bricks, minifigures and accessories. However, you are permitted to offer a limited amount of non-Lego branded products. Details are provided in our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Can I purchase more than one franchise at a time?
Absolutely. We offer additional franchises for a reduced fee of $15,000 per franchise.
Do I need to have retail experience?
No experience is necessary. The beauty of our franchise opportunity is that you do not need to have any retail or LEGO® building experience. We will teach you everything you need to successfully open and operate your Bricks & Minifigs store. The only thing you need to bring is your work ethic and passion for customer service.
Do you offer financing?
At this time, Bricks & Minifigs does not offer any financing however we are on the SBA approved lending list. We also have connections with a few companies that can point you in the right direction when it comes to funding options.

How do I know what products and equipment to buy for my store?
Don’t worry, we got your back. We will supply you with a complete list of approved products, furniture, fixtures signage and technology you will need to your store.
How much does it cost for me to open a store?
Your total investment to open a Bricks & Minifigs store will depend on a number of factors but you can expect it to be $120,120 on the low end to $282,575 on the high end. This includes everything from your franchise fee to equipment, fixtures, and an inventory of products.
Is there a protected territory?
You are awarded a protected territory. We have pre-determined territories based on population and mileage. You will select, and we will approve your territory before you sign the Franchise Agreement. It will be specifically identified and in an attachment to your Franchise Agreement before you sign it.
Is there a training program?
Yes. We will provide you with a comprehensive 5-day training program that combines ‘on- the-job’ as well as classroom style training. You will be taught how to purchase products, basic operations, advertising strategies, customer service, merchandising techniques and employee hiring and retention, plus much more. In addition, we will provide assistance and guidance at your location to help with your pre-opening and grand opening of your store. And don’t forget, you are part of the Bricks & Minifigs family and we will always be there to help as you continue to run your business.
